Methodology
How we research, write, and source.
Build with dew is an AI-assisted editorial publication. Every post is built on a transparent process so you know what to trust.
Research
Each essay starts with a topic and a target keyword. We run a structured research pass against current web sources using Perplexity Sonar, scoped to results from the last month wherever recency matters. The research call returns facts with primary-source URLs and a list of named tools, statistics, and common misconceptions.
Drafting
A second AI pass produces the draft using a fixed editorial template: TL;DR, key takeaways, an introduction with a direct answer, several H2 sections each opening with a definition, comparison tables where useful, an FAQ, and a sources block. The model can only cite URLs returned by the research step — it cannot invent sources.
Quality gates (every post)
- ≥ 800 words of substantive body content.
- ≥ 2 cited primary sources.
- TL;DR, key takeaways, FAQ, and a cover illustration.
- A banned-phrase filter blocks hype language ("get rich quick", "guaranteed", "passive income hack", etc.).
- Schema markup:
Article,FAQPage,BreadcrumbList.
Illustrations
Cover images are generated with a fixed visual brief (abstract organic shapes in our palette) so the look stays consistent across the site. No stock photos, no AI-generated photorealistic people.
Updates and corrections
Posts show their last update date. If you spot something that's wrong or stale, email the editors — we'll fix it and note the correction at the foot of the article.
Affiliate links and sponsorship
When a post mentions a product, we use a plain link by default. Any sponsored placement is labelled in the post body. Affiliate links — if used — are disclosed inline and never replace the honest review process.
